Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

A product may only be returned if it is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns without a prior request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (such as made-to-order or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period within the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the product within 14 days without providing any reason.

The above conditions also apply: the product must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
